Onstream Meetings

This years onstream meetings are for MEMBERS and their GUESTS only

 

Saturday May 15...........Sylvan Glen......Meet at Sylvan Glen conservation area at 8am. Take 401 to Welcome Exit, north to welcome. Turn east to first road north, down to bottom of hill, parking lot on left.

There will be a light lunch available, donations will be accepted towards Emily's travel fund. lunch supplied by Teresa Deuzeman.

 

Saturday June 5........Grand River.........Meet at campsite 892, Elora Gorge Conservation Area, Elora. 8:00am for coffee and muffins.

Directions:

Take hwy 401 west to Hwy 6 North (Hanlon Parkway). and follow signs for Elora Gorge Conservation Area.

July 18  Otonabee River............Lakefield...... Meet at 9am

(below the powerhouse)

 Park on the west side of the road across from "RONA"

The water is usually quite warm - you don't need waders

The rocks are tippy and slippery - wear sturdy footwear that can get wet

Bring food and beverages as required

 

If the water is too high or too fast

we will re-locate to a safe location further downstream

 Driving directions

 Hwy # 115 north to # 7 east ( to Ottawa )

Hwy # 7 east to stop lights at COFFEE TIME

Turn left on hwy # 28 north to LAKEFIELD

Turn left on # 33 ( at top of hill ) to stop sign at river

Turn right at river

Go 300 yd. to RONA


River rocks are tippy and slippery - wear sturdy shoes
